CARAVAN SUBMISSIONS AND GUIDELINES
 
REALTOR Caravans are held periodically in specific areas served by the DCAOR MLS.  Only licensed REALTOR Members in good standing with Desert Communities Association of REALTORS, licensed subscribers, subscribers of a CARETS Member MLS or reciprocal listing subscribers of the CRMLS may attend caravans and submit listings to be shown on caravan.  No more than 12 properties per caravan will be scheduled, and all submissions must be sent in at least by the morning preceeding the scheduled caravan.  Caravan submissions must be sent to the designated caravan chairperson, and all caravan submissions sent directly to the Association will be discarded (unless specifically instructed to do so). 
 
Only standard-sized business cards may be left at the properties, no advertisements.

Yucca Valley Area Caravan
