A: No, any real estate licensee that is a member of a reciprocal MLS, may add their listing to Paragon MLS, for a one time fee.

A: These fees vary depending on the type of Membership held with the association. Please call the Board Office to find out which membership fees apply to you.
A: Yes, any real estate licensee that is a member of a reciprocal MLS, may gain Supra Key access, for an annual fee. Members of our MLS that have out of area keys, may gain Supra Key access for free.
A: Yes, but you will need to have the lockbox deprogrammed at your Board Office and reprogrammed at DCAOR Board Office in order for DCAOR agents to be able to open your box.
